SHIPPING & RETURNS
Here is all the information you’ll need to know on how we get your precious cargo direct to your door.
We offer three main levels of shipping service:
Standard Shipping – €4.95 – Our basic level of packaging and delivery. These are not sent with tracking and will not require a signature.
Priority Tracked Shipping – €15.95 – This is sent using the same secretive packaging techniques, hidden in something completely unrelated. The level of shipping is exactly what it says – guaranteed! All orders are sent with a tracking code for added reassurance. Our tracking systems mean that your package may require a signature when it arrives. If for any reason items sent with guaranteed shipping do not show as delivered within the 25 working day timescale these will be re-sent at no cost. Please note that this will not apply if the shipping information supplied by you when you ordered was incorrect.
We offer free or heavily discounted shipping on larger orders to save you money. If you are in the EU all you need to do is spend more that €25 (excluding postage) and your order will be sent to you completely free of charge. We set this level extremely low due to the fact that EU residents must pay VAT Tax. Since VAT is roughly 20%, we figured that once an EU resident spends €25, they will have to pay €5 in VAT. So we decided to make shipping free so EU residents do not have to pay for both VAT and shipping when making any order over €25.
Free Shipping Requirements:
EU/UK – Spend €25 or more for FREE SHIPPING
North America & Australia – Spend €75 or more for FREE SHIPPING
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET TO ME?
All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
European & UK orders should be delivered within 4-7 days
North America should be delivered within 10-15 days
We send all orders in protective crush proof envelopes and stealth items are sent inside an unrelated product to make them even safer from heavy handed mailmen and prying eyes! If, however, your seeds do not arrive in perfect condition you must contact us within 7 days to let us know. Please keep all the packaging and be aware we will need to see a clear photo of the damaged goods, in their original packaging. Once we have received this information and we agree it was damaged on route we will dispatch your a replacement order the same day, completely free of charge. Please note that our seeds are fresh, hand selected, premium products, but they are still a 100% natural product and as such, if you are fortunate enough to live in an area where it is 100% legal to germinate these we cannot guarantee all items will do so.
We do not offer returns on products under any other circumstance.
